The All-Star tribute concert to the music of George Harrison that took place in September of 2014 will see release on CD and DVD this coming February.
George Fest, which featured performances by Brian Wilson and Al Jardine (Beach Boys), Ann Wilson (Heart), Norah Jones, the Flaming Lips, Ben Harper, Brandon Flowers (The Killers), Conan O’Brien, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Dhani Harrison and more, took place at the Fonda Theater in Los Angeles.
It’s February 26th will come just one day after what would be Harrison’s 73rd birthday.
George Fest: A Night To Celebrate the Music of George Harrison will be available as a 2CD/DVD set, 2CD/Blu-Ray, 3LP and digital download. It also features interviews and behind-the-scenes footage. It is available for pre-order now at Amazon.com.
