Lenny Kravitz Will Honor Prince During Rock Hall Induction Ceremony

Lenny Kravitz will perform a tribute to Prince during the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony when it takes place in New York City on April 7th. Alicia Keys, Mary Chapin Carpenter the Indigo Girls have also been announced as performers.

The Rock Hall 2017 class includes: Electric Light Orchestra, who will be inducted by George Harrison’s son, Dhani; Journey, who will be inducted by Pat Monahan of Train; Pearl Jam inducted by Neil Young; Yes inducted by Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson of Rush, and Joan Baez inducted but Jackson Browne, as well as Tupac Shakur. Nile Rogers will receive the Award for Musical Excellence.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony takes place April 7th at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn. It will air on HBO on April 29th at 8pm ET/PT.
