Mark Knopfler Announces New Album and European Tour

markknopfler3lgMark Knopfler, best known as the lead guitarist and vocalist for the Dire Straits, has announced his new studio album, Tracker, will be released in early 2015.

Tracker is the follow up to 2012’s Privateering, which was Knopfler’s 8th solo studio album.

Along with the release of the album, Knopfler has announced a series of European tour dates in support of the album, with additional dates to be announced soon.
