Murder-For-Hire Charges Against Phil Rudd Dropped

The murder-for-hire charges brought up against AC/DC’s Phil Rudd have been dropped due to insufficient evidence.

The drummer was arrested Thursday after allegedly attempting to have two men killed. He does,  however, still face the lesser charge of threatening to kill as well as charges for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Rudd was released on bail shortly after his arrest.

The other members of AC/DC have yet to comment on the situation.
