Canadian rocker Bryan Adams will release his new album, Get Up! on October 16th. The album, produced by ELO frontman Jeff Lynne, represents Adams’ first album of new material since 2008’s 11.

But the “Summer of ’69” singer is calling Get Up! the best album he’s ever made, next to his 1984 four-times platinum selling album, Reckless.

The second single from Get Up! is “Brand New Day.” See the music video and behind-the-scenes footage below.

In 2014, Adams released an album of covers titled Tracks of My Years which included songs originally recorded by the Beatles, Bob Dylan and the Beach Boys, among others.
