It’s not every day the two surviving members of the Beatles are in the studio together.

Ringo Starr posted a photo of the pair on Twitter Sunday with the caption “Thanks for coming over man and playing Great bass. I love you man peace and love.”

According to Billboard, Starr’s publicist has confirmed that McCartney was in the studio with Starr to contribute to the drummer’s forthcoming album.

Shortly after, Starr also posted a photo of himself and McCartney along with Joe Walsh.
