In celebration of what would have been Jerry Garcia’s 70th birthday, The Grateful Dead Movie will return to select theaters nationwide for a unique one night event this Wednesday – August 1st – at 7:00pm (local time).  Presented by NCM Fathom Events, this one-night screening will include a special tribute to the great Garcia by notable director Justin Kreutzmann (son of Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann) along will an exclusive interview with guitarist and Grateful Dead co-founder Bob Weir.  Fans will also have the opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at Weir’s state-of-the-art studio in the Tamalpais Research Institute.
