John Mellencamp Announces New Album, Tour

John Mellencamp has announced that his 23rd album, titled Sad Clowns & Hillbillies, is due out April 21st. The first single, title “Easy Target”, was released on the same day that President Donald Trump was inaugurated, and while it doesn’t directly reference Trump, it is certainly a statement about the current state of the country. Hear it below.

Mellencamp will also hit the road for a summer tour along with special guest Emmylou Harris. The trek kicks off June 5th in Denver, CO. See below for a full list of dates.
