Kiss and Def Leppard have announced that they join together this summer for a 42-city tour across North America. The news was announced Monday at the House of Blues in Los Angeles via a press conference.
According to Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott, the idea of the tour came about two years ago when he played with Gene Simmons as part of a rock-and-roll all-stars tour in South America. “It’s finally happened, which is fantastic,” Elliott says.
“We’ve run into each other at festivals. It just seemed to be a natural fit,” expanded Kiss singer Paul Stanley.

Kiss did a similar tour with Motley Crue in 2012, however this is the first time Kiss and Def Leppard have shared a bill.
The tour kicks off June 23rd in West Valley City, UT with shows through to August 31st in Houston, TX. Click here for a full list of dates.
