During his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night, Billy Joel joined the late night host to perform a looped rendition of “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” using an iPad app and the help of house band The Roots.
Joel is currently on tour in the US with upcoming dates in Cleveland, Louisville, St. Louis, New York, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Boston and Chicago.
On Friday, Joel thrilled the audience at New York’s Madison Square Gardens by inviting AC/DC’s Brian Johnson on stage to perform “You Shook Me All Night Long.” Check that video out here.
