Guitarist Brian May has announced that Queen will release a new album this year that will feature previously unreleased songs sung by Freddie Mercury. According to May’s interview with BBC Wales, the album will be out by the end of 2014 and will likely be titled “Queen Forever”.
“We found a few more tracks with Freddie singing and all of us playing and they are quite beautiful,” May told host Wynne Evans. “It is a compilation, but will have this material that nobody in the world has ever heard.”
