Bruce Springsteen played a surprise show at Wonder Bar in Asbury Park, New Jersey Saturday night. The Boss didn’t have his usual E Street Band with him, but that didn’t stop him from playing a nearly two-hour set, featuring 15 songs that spanned his career.

The surprise Springsteen show came about during a performance by Joe Grushecky and the Houserockers, a band Springsteen has performed with many times in the past.
