Chicago, Cheap Trick, Deep Purple, The Cars, Yes, Steve Miller and Los Lobos are among the 2016 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominees, announced today.
Also included on this year’s ballot are Chic, Janet Jackson, The J.B.’s, Chaka Khan, Nine Inch Nails, N.W.A., The Smiths and The Spinners.
Fan votes will comprise a fans’ ballot that will be tallied along with industry ballots to choose the five acts that will be inducted in 2016.
Inductees will be announced in December. Vote now at rockhall.com.
