AC/DC’s Phil Rudd has been arrested and charged for attempting to procure murder.
The longtime drummer for the band reportedly sought to have two people killed in a murder-for-hire plot.
Rudd was arrested Thursday morning at his home in Matua, New Zealand. At the time of the arrested, he was also charged with drug possession including methamphetamine and marijuana. He has since been released on bail and will return to court on November 27th.
The other members of AC/DC have not commented on the situation.
AC/DC’s new album, Rock or Bust, is due out December 2nd.
