Billy Joel will play the final show at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY before it closes for an 18-month renovation.
The show, which takes place August 4th, will be Joel’s 32nd appearance at the Long Island venue.
Joel was born in The Bronx but grew up in the suburb of Hicksville, not far from the Coliseum. He was also the final act to play at Shea Stadium in Queens before it closed in 2008.
