Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band performed in Melbourne on Saturday night, treating fans to a surprise guest appearance by Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder.

Springsteen and Vedder opened the show by performing The Boss’ “Darkness on the Edge of Town” as well as AC/DC’s “Highway to Hell.”

The Melbourne show is part of a short run of concerts through South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Springsteen and the E Street Band will kick off a US tour on April 8th in Cincinnati, OH.
