Elton John and his husband David Furnish traveled to Manila, Phillippines as part of the Starkey Hearing Foundation this week to donate hearing aids to deaf children.

The organization is a global non-profit that partners with celebrities and philanthropists to tackle challenging social and medical issues world-wide.

The organization’s missions are the subject of a television series titled Operation Change, which airs on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
