Gene Simmons, Paul Stanely and company have lent their name and money to an Anaheim football team; the members of KISS are now the proud owners of an Arena Football League team. The team calls Anaheim home but have take the name, the LA KISS.
“What we want to see happen is to take the excitement that is AFL football and bring entertainment to it too,” Paul Stanley said in a news conference.
This isn’t the first time a classic rocker has ventured into AFL ownership; Jon Bon Jovi was previously an owner of the Philadelphia Soul.
