As Metallica: Through The Never hits screens across the country, Lars Ulrich sat down to discuss the film, revealing that the elaborate stage built for the set might just be used on a forthcoming tour.
“The stage took a year and a half to build just for the movie,” he says. “So far from the response we are getting, the chances of a tour with this stage are increasing on a daily basis.”
The film, a hybrid concert movie, stars actor Dan DeHaan playing the part of a roadie sent on a surreal mission during Metallica’s sold-out arena set.
