Rod Stewart will head out on tour this summer with special guest Cheap Trick. The 21-date North American tour kicks off July 21st in Cleveland, OH and wraps up September 5th in Chicago. See below for a full list of tour dates.
Stewart’s most recent studio album was 2019’s You’re In My Heart: Rod Stewart with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. The recording features many of Stewart’s classics songs, blending his original vocal tracks with new symphonic accompaniment. It also included the brand new track, “Stop Loving Her Today”.
The 75-year old rocker will perform in Seminole, FL on Feb 23rd and continue his Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace March 6th to 21st. Meanwhile, he’ll appear in court on February 5th to face simple battery charges after a New Year’s altercation with a security guard at The Breakers hotel in Palm Beach.
In 2018 Cheap Trick released a new single, “The Summer Looks Good On You”, and toured across North American with Poison. Their current lineup includes three original members.
Tickets for most dates go on sale this Friday, January 10th at 10am local time via Ticketmaster. Tickets for Raleigh, North Carolina and Mansfield go on sale Saturday, January 11th at 10am local time.
