A brand new U2 song titled “Invisible” will debut in a commercial during this weekend’s Super Bowl, launching the band’s partnership with (RED) and Bank of America.
During Sunday’s game, “Invisible” will be released exclusively via iTunes as a free download and will remain available for 24 hours, reports Rolling Stone. For each free download, Bank of America will donate $1 to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (up to $2 million).
The announcement of the release date for U2’s new album is also expected to be made Sunday – most likely within the same commercial.
