Bruce Springsteen will release four new songs for Record Store Day in April.
American Beauty features previously unreleased tracks which were considered but not included on Springsteen’s High Hopes album, which came out in January.
The EP will be released April 19th on 12″ vinyl as part of Record Store Day.
The event was conceived in 2007 to celebrate and spread the word about the unique culture surrounding nearly 1000 independently owned record stores in the US and thousands of similar stores internationally.
Other releases set for Record Store Day include music from the Byrds, Alice Cooper, Jethro Tull, Bob Dylan, Nirvana, Deep Purple, Sex Pistols, Roger Taylor, Fleetwood Mac, among others.
