Sharon Osbourne addressed recent tabloid rumors today on The Talk, reiterating her husband’s Facebook post last week that the couple of 30 years are not separating.

“Everything that was printed in the tabloids has been distorted, the show’s host told today’s audience. “The only thing that’s true was the Facebook posting that my husband did… where he said he’s been using alcohol and prescription drugs for the last year-and-a-half… and that he has been in a very dark place.  That’s true. It’s very true.”

Osbourne then went on to explain that she had been completely unaware of Ozzy’s prescription drug use and only knew of his having an occasional drink, but not to the extent it was actually happening.

“We’re not getting divorced,” she said. “However, am I happy? No. Am I upset? Yes I am – I’m devastated right now.””We’ve dealt with worse and we will deal with it and this too shall pass,” she said, holding back tears. But in typical Sharon fashion, she jokingly quipped “Otherwise my husband will be taken to the hospital to get my foot removed from his a**.”
