Two weeks after its west coast equivalent at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, the inaugural Classic East took place this weekend at New York’s Citi Field. The Eagles, performing their first shows since the death of Glenn Frey in January of 2016, have been the talk of the festivals, appearing with country legend Vince Gill and Frey’s son, Deacon taking turns on lead vocals.
