John Fogery – who kicked off his much-anticipated national concert tour earlier this month – was joined on stage by Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top in Tulsa, OK, last week, where both were performing sold-out shows at The Joint. They teamed up on the CCR classic “Born on the Bayou” and ZZ Top’s “Sharp Dressed Man.”

“The all-too-brief session will stand as one of the tallest highlights that’s come down the pike in quite a while. Wow!” said Gibbons. “‘Twuz killer diller. John & Co. certainly were on top of the game and the bonus of participation is quite the reward.”
On the month-long tour, which concludes with three shows at the Beacon Theatre in NYC (November 12-14), Fogerrty will perform his classic Creedence Clearwater Revival albums Cosmos Factory and Bayou Country for the first time ever in the U.S., along with other Fogerty gems.
