David Bowie’s “Rebel, Rebel” single was issued 40 years ago next month, and Parlophone is celebrating the anniversary by re-issuing the song as a limited edition 7″ picture disc on March 11th.

The A-side features the original mix, while the B-side includes a remixed version that was released in 1974 in North America.

Parlophone has celebrated the 40th anniversaries of landmark David Bowie singles by similarly re-issuing them over the last few years.  Other re-issued singles include “Starman,” “John, I’m Only Dancing,” “The Jean Genie,” “Drive In Saturday,” “Life on Mars” and “Sorrow.”
