The 26-year-old man who stole a pair of Elton John‘s glasses from the Rock & Soul Museum in Memphis last month has been indicted on felony theft charges, ABC News reports.

The iconic heart-shaped glasses were taken from the museum during business hours on April 21st and prints on the case matched those of Matthew Colvin of Cordova. Colvin was arrested the following week in Southaven, MS and transferred back to Tennessee.

Shelby County District Attorney General Amy Weirich said Monday that Colvin has been charged with theft of property over $1,000.

The glasses are valued at over $2,000.
