The video remake of Aerosmith’s “Dream On,” recorded and released by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombing was honored with an Emmy Award last week for ESPN’s “E:60” in the “Outstanding Open/Tease” category.

In the video, Tyler and Perry perform the ballad backed by the Southern California Children’s Chorus.  Scenes and photos of the victims of the bombing and other Boston Strong images are interspersed with the performance footage.
