The Eagles of Death Metal have issued a statement following the terrorist attack that took place at Paris concert venue the Bataclan where the band was performing last Friday night.
89 people were killed in the attack including the band’s merch seller, Nick Alexander and Universal Music employees Thomas Ayad, Marie Mosser and Manu Perez.
“Although bonded in grief with the victims, the fans, the families, the citizens of Paris, and all those affected by terrorism, we are proud to stand together, with our new family, now united by a common goal of love and compassion.” Read the full statement in the band’s Twitter post, below.
