No matter how many times you may have listened to their music, you’ve never heard Led Zeppelin like this before.
On June 3, Led Zeppelin’s first three studio albums will be released as remastered deluxe editions. Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II, and Led Zeppelin III will each feature an additional disc of previously unreleased audio and will be available in various formats including CD, vinyl and digital.
The remaining six albums in Zeppelin’s studio catalog will follow in chronological order, in the same formats.
“The material on the companion discs presents a portal to the time of the recording of Led Zeppelin,” says guitarist Jimmy Page, who remastered and produced the re-issues. “It is a selection of work in progress with rough mixes, backing tracks, alternate versions, and new material recorded at the time.”
