Roger Waters was joined on stage by the Smashing Pumpkins‘ Billy Corgan, and Rage Against the Machine‘s Tom Morello Friday night for a set that featured a long list of Pink Floyd covers as well songs originally performed by Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, and more.
The performance was part of the Music Heals benefit concert in Washington, and also featured SNL alum G.E. Smith and the MusiCorps band.
MusiCorps is a non-profit organization that uses music in aiding the rehabilitation of wounded military service members.
U.S. Marine Tim Donley was featured on guitar for a majority of the night including the guitar solo on the Pink Floyd classic “Comfortably Numb”.
Donations can be pledged to MusiCorps via their website.
