It has only been 10 days since Phil Rudd received sentencing for the threatening to kill and drug possessions charges to which he plead guilty, but the former AC/DC drummer is already getting back into trouble.

Rudd was arrested again Saturday night at his home in New Zealand. Although the reason for his arrest has not been revealed, the New Zealand Herald reports there were prostitutes at his home at the time. Rudd was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court on August 3rd.

The musician was originally arrested back in November on charges of drug possession and attempting to procure murder, however the latter was dropped due to insufficient evidence. Rudd plead guilty to the drug charges and a charge of threatening to kill back in April. He was sentenced to eight month of home detention earlier this month.

Rudd was replaced by drummer Chris Slade on AC/DC’s Rock or Bust tour and according to an interview Rudd did in May with A Current Affair, he has had no contact with the band members.
