AC/DC Headlines Coachella, Performs First US Concert in 5 Years

AC/DC headlined the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California this past weekend, performing their first full show in North America in over 5 years.

The band performed a 20 song set which featured a few songs from their latest album, Rock or Bust, as well as the band’s classics.

The lineup included guitarist Stevie Young, who has stepped in to replace Malcolm Young. It was revealed last year that Malcolm is suffering from dementia.

Drummer Chris Slade has also joined the lineup in place of Phil Rudd, after Rudd was arrested on charges of drug possession and murder-for-hire late last year. The latter charge was later dropped.

Watch fan-recorded videos of the Coachella performance below.

AC/DC will tour North American later this summer, starting August 22nd and running through September 28th.
