Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen is launching a new band, called Delta Deep, along with singer Debbi Blackwell-Cook, bassist Robert DeLeo (Stone Temple Pilots) and drummer Forrest Robinson.

The band draws inspiration from classic Delta and Chicago blues and fuels it with high voltage rock-n-soul.

Their self-titled debut album, due out June 23rd, features guest appearances by Joe Elliott (Def Leppard), David Coverdale (Whitenake), Paul Cook (Sex Pistols/Manraze) and Simon Laffy (Girl/Manraze).
