Eric Clapton has released a brand new, claymation music video for “White Christmas”. The tune is the first single of the guitarist’s first-ever holiday album, Happy Xmas. Watch the new video below.
Earlier this month, Clapton released a performance video for the same song.
Happy Xmas is available now on CD, digital and as a deluxe edition, and marks Clapton’s 24th studio album. In addition to seasonal classics and lesser-known titles, the album also features a new original, “For Love On Christmas Day”.
The Happy Xmas deluxe edition features pop-up art derived from Eric Clapton’s original sketches, a one-of-a-kind metal alloy Christmas tree ornament from Clapton’s hand-drawn “Bushbranch” horse, the Happy Xmas album on CD, 7″ Picture Flexi Vinyl. It also includes a custom USB drive that doubles as an ornament and contains hi-definition WAV files of the full album, video content and interview, and album artwork. The packages is wrapped in red and white faux fur to resemble a classic Santa hat.
