Former Foreigner frontman Lou Gramm provides the vocals for Alan Parsons‘ newest single “Sometimes”. The track is featured on Parsons’ upcoming solo album, The Secret, due out April 26th.

“Sometimes” follows the release of “Miracle” featuring Jason Mraz and “I Can’t Get There From Here” featuring Jared Mahone.

Parsons’ longtime hobby has been performing magic and the forthcoming album showcases his passion for the craft.

“I dabble with magic myself in my free time,” explains Parsons, “so an album with magical influences was a natural progression.”

The Secret sees a return to the pop rock sound with symphonic and progressive rock interludes which the Alan Parsons Project was known for. It’s Parsons’ first album since 2004’s A Valid Path.
