On May 29, 2006 David Gilmour and David Bowie perform the Pink Floyd hit “Comfortably Numb” at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England. Bowie, who appeared as a special guest, sang Roger Waters’ part of the song.

On Wednesday, September 28th 2016 David Gilmour performed the Pink Floyd classic “Comfortably Numb” with a special guest – Benedict Cumberbatch. “Comfortably Numb” was featured on Floyd’s 1979 album, The Wall.

David Gilmour paid tribute to Prince on Saturday, performing a rendition of Pink Floyd’s “Comfortably Numb” featuring a segment of “Purple Rain.” Watch it below.

Former Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour performed a solo rendition of “Wish You Were Here” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! earlier this week as well as “Rattle That Lock” – the latest from his recently released solo album of the same name. Check out the video below.
