As expected, an online countdown on Pearl Jam’s official website has revealed the announcement fans have been waiting for; the band will release their new album, Lightning Bolt, on October 15th. The album is already available for pre-order on iTunes and at PearlJam.com.

The first single, “Mind Your Manners,” is already at radio. You can hear it below.

Earlier this week, Pearl Jam announced a North American fall tour which kicks off October 11th in Pittsburgh. A full list of dates is available here.
