Foo Fighters form Supergroup with Members of Led Zeppelin and Queen

When Foo Fighters front man Dave Grohl injured his leg in a stage mishap back in June, it caused the band to cancel a run of tour dates including two shows in the UK. This past weekend, the Foo Fighters made their return to the Milton Keynes National Bowl and never one to disappoint, the band brought along two special guests for the final performance.

“Now look. I don’t know if y’all have ever seen a supergroup,” said Grohl, who is currently performing from a custom-built throne due to his injury. “This is a ‘super-duper-group.’ I don’t even know what to say because this kind of sh-t doesn’t happen every day. Let me just tell you that the Foo Fighters, right now, are living out our rock n’ roll fantasy with you tonight.”

Led Zeppelin‘s John Paul Jones and Queen‘s Roger Taylor then joined the band on stage to perform a cover of Queen’s 1981 hit “Under Pressure”. Jones took the keys while Taylor took the drums.
