Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have been announced as headliners for the 2013 Hangout Music Festival which takes place May 17-19 in Gulf Shores, AL.  Kings of Leon will co-headline the festival, which features a diverse lineup across five stages including The Black Crowes, Public Enemy, The Shins, Gov’t Mule, and more.
