Update, Jan 27, 2017: According to the Miami Herald, police reports reveal that Trucks’ death has been ruled a suicide. Trucks shot himself in the head with a pistol. A woman, presumably Trucks’ wife, Melinda, who was present at the couple’s condo when police arrived, reportedly made a “hysterical” 911 call at the time of the incident. Trucks was breathing when police arrived but passed away shortly after.
